    there is a pattern in king size, I the book it's "Simple Stars Beautiful Quilts (no diamonds, noy-seams) by- Calico Carriage Quilt Designs the pattern is Broken Star 110" x 110" it is almost just like your, only it uses 7 7/8" squares, like your borders better. this is my favorite book, I've make lots of the carperter's wheel, but I always change the outside some way.

    I used 3.5" squares to make the HSTs. So each square was just over 3".
