I do not see any wonky stars, I see a beautiful quilt. It is gorgeous. I believe you do not need to be so hard on yourself. I understand your feelings also of wanting to do everyting perfect. Just wanted you to know I love it.

I would not have the guts for this one! I have "pointaphobia".... My stars give me grief but when they are all together it works! Gotta love galloping horses.

I think it is beautiful. It is a great pattern and the colors are fantastic. Pat yourself on the back for completing it. And....if the points bother you too much......it would match my bedroom <smile>

There is no negativity here- it is beautiful! You are being too hard on yourself. I side with your hubby. What would have been worse than the self critique you have of the quilt is if you had not finished it. Pat yourself on the back and show it off.
