I love those colors and you are right, it should go with anything she has. That is going to be one very pretty quilt.

Gorgeous fabrics! They wil make up into a marvelous rail fence (basket weave) but I'm thinking that perhaps there is another pattern to consider where your fabrics would look even more awesome. However, any pattern you choose will be a real work of art with your fabrics! Have fun!

What other pattern are you thinking of? I'm sure there are too many choices, but I'd love to hear your thoughts! (I know this pattern is sort of like a rail fence, which is not a favorite of mine, but these blocks are two different sizes, and there are 16 different fabrics required, so in a way, it isn't like a rail fence.
