Im very happy with my results. I still need more practice with the satin stitch... but I definitely have become better with the practice. I didnt have any orange thread can you believe it!!! So I used the light blue to pull out the blue in the fabric..but I think the outline in Orange would of been much better. This was such an awesome block. I know I know..I use the word awesome way too much.. LOL
Jenniky.......I think your block turned out "AWESOME" !! I also like to use the word awesome, so don't think you are alone on that subject. I love the color's you decided on & I also think your satin stitching is really good. Your block is beautiful & we thank you for sharing with all of us!!

hobbykat..........your April Tulip Block is just as Awesome, as all of the rest of them. I love your fabric's you put together. They look like they were made to be used for this wonderful block. I am really fond of this pattern & wouldn't mind making a couple more myself. Thank you so much for sharing with all of us.

Thank You Sandypants for posting your Tulip Block on this thread, so everyone could see it too!! I really am impressed with the way you stitched the veins on your leaves. It's just that special touch that really adds to it.

Everyone is doing a fantastic job on their April tulip block. I haven't started mine yet because I ordered some fabric and it hasn't arrived yet. Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter!
