Soon to be granddaughter quilt

OK! I have two first on this quilt. Applique and FMQ. Its not as good as most I've seen on here but atleast I know now that I can do it.

That's a very pretty quilt. Thanks for sharing. Did you machine the applique on or did you sew by hand? Did you use blanket stitch?

I machine applique, because it kills my hands to sew by hand...

This is a very cute quilt! What's this about not as good???? It's NOT about "as good" here! It's about celebrating where we are at the time and sharing with each other, coaching each other (when asked) and enjoying our victories and creativity, regardless of age and stage.
