    Ravioli Casserole

    <O</O1 to 1 ½ pounds ground beef
    1 medium onion – chopped
    1 clove garlic – minced OR 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    16 oz. can tomato sauce
    14-16 oz. can stewed or diced tomatoes (optional - can substitute sauce)
    1 ½ to 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 ½ tsp. crushed oregano
    ½ tsp. crushed basil
    salt & pepper to taste
    ½ pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    ½ cup parmesan cheese
    1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    16 oz. box bow tie pasta
    <O</O
    Brown beef, onion and garlic. Drain fat.
    Place in crockpot. Add tomatoes and sauce, Italian seasoning, oregano, basil, salt & pepper, spinach, and ¼ cup of parmesan cheese.

    Cover and cook on high 3-4 hours or on low 7-8 hours. Cook your pasta during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Drain pasta. Add mozzarella and ¼ cup parmesan. When cheese is about ½ melted add pasta. Stir well and serve.

    daisylil, Liver and Onions is one of my favorite foods but I never made it in the Crock Pot. Could you pass along your recipes or instructions? It will be a good dinner for me when I get it. Thanks

    I copied the Chicken Cacciatora and Ravioli Casserole. I plan to try them in the near future. They both sound wonderful.

    Love the crock pot. Had pot roast, carrots, and potatoes tonite. always good. I can't wait to try the lasagna recipe. I will try to post some of mine soon.
