    Yes-but it really is your metabolism and genes history that predict what you will get-I've cut out red meat, fat, artificial sugar, and red wine is good for you so have it once a week-doctor said none, but I say she is crazy-she's Asian, and don't have no trouble with weight or heart problems-You made my day also-Happy Memorial Day to all, and remember what the day is really about-Our Fallen, and Service members who have gone on before us-My Flags are out-How about Yours?

    I love it!!! I always heard everything in moderation. I moderate ice cream really well. Also chocolate -- now it's good for us!!
