    Default Lemon Zucchini Poundcake

    http://www.recipe.com/lemon-zucchini...ail=1558780438

My next door neighbor has 8 relatives visiting from South Carolina to Seattle.
I made this (a recipe +1/2) so we could try it too.
It is very good, but I think instead of using the milk in it I would try sour cream.
Also, I like just the powdered sugar lemon juice glaze, although this one is pretty good.
And for those of us who have too much zucchini, here is one more way to use it up.

    Happy cooking,
    Susan

Well this was amazing. The only changes i made was not squeezing out all the water in the zucchini which i had little over cup. I wanted to make sure, it would be moist. I also made it in 3 bread pans and doubled the glaze. It only took 53 minutes to bake.
