This is a beautiful quilt, and gives me an idea for a quilt for my brother's ,as my father just passed away this week. Now I just have to get going when I get things straightened out here, and try to make them a quilt. I have never made a quilt top yet, but have sewed for many years. I can always find something on this site that I like. Thanks to every one here, as I have also gotten many tips for when I do start to make a quilt top.

Love the colors. Great choices and perfect for a teenager's room. Love it!!!

I've been collecting my husband's work shirts and may be using them for a quilt for him.

Really cool quilt - and thank you for giving us the information about strip sizes, etc. That is always one of the first things I think of when someone posts an original idea - "How did they do that?"

Oh, my Gosh, that is beautiful, and I love the way you used the different fabrics in the binding. This is a great idea.
