    Default Table Runner Housewarming Gift
    To celebrate their buying a new house, and a new dining room table, I made my friend and her partner a table runner. I'm not a fan of batiks but I found this gorgeous fabric, and their dishes are all fiesta ware with complimentary serving pieces so I tried to coordinate the colors all together. They also love peppers so I embroidered colorful peppers on the center panel of the runner. It really compliments their table and they were absolutely thrilled with it, and so was it. It turned out even better than I had imagined.
