Ms Grace, was just wondering what does this mean you typed in?:

"If your blocks don't reach me by September 15th, I have no choice but to return them to you. I will swap the blocks & have them in the mail by September 31st."

If I have to wait till September 31st, I am going to be waiting a long time because that day never comes and I would just not be happy if I did not get my swapped blocks. I am healing from the arm twisting and such so by the time I am healed, I will need my blocks back. Could you explain please. (Aren't I the stinker)
