Have you posted pictures of your machine yet? Sometimes the Japanese models are copies of other machines. I have a DeLuxe that I swear looks just like a Kenmore...then I found out the Kenmores sere sometimes made by Japanese companies. Sold by Sears, but made by many different manufactureres
