Beautiful. I baby mine and they never look that good. Guess I'm going about it the wrong way.

    BEAUTIFUL!
My roses have been ignored as well and they just won't
    give up!

I've come to the conclusion that they are a very
    hardy plant!

    Those are beautiful ZXY!

The Royal Horticultural Society did a test on pruning roses a few years ago. One bed they pruned by the book, one they went over with hedge trimmers and one they just left. The one's trimmed with the hedge trimmers were the most vigorous and flowered best. Moral - roses LOVE to be tortured!

Congratulations to both of you on your beautiful roses!! The wonders of God and nature has so many wonderful surprises for us--I guess that is makes them so special! Thank you for adding this beauty to the site. I really needed a bright spot this evening and here it is--thanks again.

Gorgeous roses. I am partial to coral roses!! I used to have one that had the most beautiful fragrance. Never could find another after moving.

Your roses are beautiful! I live in Southern California too. The hot weather has about destroyed my roses. How do you keep them so beautiful?
