I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CREAMED ONIONS, USED TO MAKE THEM ALL THE TIME!

So easy to make, a basic white sauce with some extra butter, and salt and pepper to taste, throw in the cooked onions. Yum.

Default Here Are My Fabrics

Well, Just raided the stash and I am back on board. Will try to take some better close-up pics later. It is a dank wet day here in Western WA, not good for taking pictures.

First from the left will be B, it is flat fold fabric I have had for years
The light next to it will be A, it is the back of a cotton duvet cover, a damask 100% cotton, a Goodwill purchase
Dark pink leafy print will be C, another Goodwill purchase
Lighter pink solid will be D, also have had this for years
Darker Pink print will be E, Goodwill remnant
Darkest will be F, this one will be interesting as it is a McKenna Ryan ombre fabric, Silent Inspirations. The color graduates from dark charcoal to an almost an ecru color. I have yardage for the 3/4 yard I need.

I have been wanting to use the B fabric for years. I have enough of it to use as the backing also.

I raided the stash and hope there's enough contrast with these. Was wanting to use some Christmas fabrics and found some to go with. feel free to critique. I have a whole room of more.

Alas, I too have checked my stash and do not have enough pieces big enough. This means a trip to the fabric store. I will have to hop onboard later on when I get my fabrics. I can smell all the goodies as the train whizzes by. mmmmmmm, I hope there will be some creamed onions left.

Thank you, Paintmejudy, for doing this mystery quilt. I rode along (and sewed along) with the second one -- thoroughly enjoyed it -- top is finished; I keep going back and forth on hand quilting (I've never done), quilting on DSM (only done two) or sending it out (what I usually do). I'm anxious to go shop my stash for fabrics to make this one.

Poker Diva,
I like your number two pick but with the green print you have at the bottom of your number one pick if that's any help.

Poker, I favor the bottom collection. In fact, I love the bottom collection, it will have nice punch factor. My choice would be to do the black and red as E and F, and maybe pair the white with the white print, but I also think the green laying across the bottom of #1 would be really nice with the white, too. - I know that next week you will know exactly what to do once you read that clue.

Chefwarner - LOVE your xmas fabrics!!!!!

Cadqueen - you have until next Saturday to decide on fabric, I won't post anything until then.

You're welcome, Teacher.
