Prayers out to Marty. As a newbie, I don't know who Marty is, but if she is a friend of lori she must be good people.
Well, ladies, I am off the bench, but I left some muffins for you guys to enjoy. Mizkyp sent me the most wonderful package, as is pictured below. Homemade Peach Jam!! DH, for some reason, has decided he don't mind my obsession with these swaps. LOL Absolutely everything in the package will be used, enjoyed, and loved. I have to tell you, though, that my VERY fav item is the needle pack. I love all things vintage and this is vintage. Mizkyp PM'd me and said it came from her late aunts sewing basket. SHE is the peach!! I currently have about 20 working vintage sewing machines, about half of those are in treadle. They take up so much space, that I started collecting the stuff that goes with. I have some old singer electric sissors, a gizmo that looks like an old pencil sharpener but is a tool to cut Pinked strips. I have a vintage wooden ironing board and a couple of irons. The list goes on and on and on........ Anyway, this pack of needles will be put with that collection and enjoyed very much. I am curious about the milk add on the cover. Can anyone tell me the story behind that? Ok, did I get off track, or what? Can you see I am excited by my gift? The candy is GONE. DH and DGD helped with that, LOL. Cept I snuck the dove chocolates out before I shared the rest. hanging head in shame...... Those buttons. Did I say I like buttons? DH thought I was nuts. There was one in particular in that bag that set my heart to racing!!! Anyway, thank you sew very much for making my day. I sure loved every single bit that was in there. Pictures below. I hope.

I received my SP's package sometime last week but just got to opening it this weekend. I have been away dealing with a family matter and have not had the time to post all the goodies I received. I know Maggy sent me the package but I don't know her screen name so THANK YOU SEWWWW MUCH Maggy! You lifted my spirits and I loved everything you sent. Now lets see if I can list it all: Maggy sent me all the candy I love, M&M's plain (not pictured cuz I ate them before I could take a pic...lol), gummy bears, gummy worms, 5 magazines, a Quilt pocket calendar, Note cards shaped as a present with my initial "B" (love these), note pad with butterfly, breast cancer pin, a super cute animal pouch she said she made (I thought it was purchased), a mini wallet for credit cards, zippers (will be using these soon) and a beautiful crochet pin cushion. I have several pin cushions but this is the prettiest of them all. Then she also sent me beautiful fabric with Pointsettas, a black and white panel with scenes of quilters making quilts (love love love this), fabric with hollies and super cute left over scraps of frosty the snow man and rudolph fabric. This bought back some child hood memories so thank you again so much for your generous package. I will sending my SP's package today. SOrry for the delay. But you should have it in no time cuz you live in a neighboring state. Happy Monday everyone!
Hope the pics come out - they look like they are small.

Buslady~back in the day of those needle packages, that's how company's would advertise and they would hand them out or have them sitting on the counter for the ladies to take....they did it with a lot of different notions back then.

Bernice that Rudolph fabric is adorable!

Well, this bench is only comfortable because I'm sharing it with friends...

Muffins and hot chocolate sounds good, but I think we need to add some schnapps to it. Long past the mail out date, no note saying it was going to be late, so we may have a long wait.
