Received a fantastic package today from Starshine. My mostest thing I wanted an Aunt Becky finger guard was in it as well as lots of red and white fabic; a lovely green fq; m&ms; scrubby; tote bag; colour catchers all very much appreciated thank you so much Tricia.

Received my wonderful package from Sara (saraaev) on Tues. which was a real comfort. Received a kit with pattern to make watch bands, scissors, tweezers, emery board, 2 pot holders, a wreath suction cup, 4 fat quarters in my favorite 2 colors, 4 cool beaded stick pins, my favorite M&M's, & a darling kitty tape measure (which I will have to guard as my oldest DGD loves Hello Kitty). Thanks so much Sara for some great items.

Happy Thanksgiving all. Today was quiet, just the 2 of us. Usually we sweep up the unfamilied and have them here, but didn't work out this year, but it was nice. We braised a 1/2 a turkey breast and boy was it moist, best ever including the couple of years we brinned whole turkeys in the fridge. Bets of all, it only took about 1 1/2 hr to oven roast and we got lots of nice juice for gravy and turkey soup. Going back to sleep, I think.....
