    You can adopt me too! Love this and would love to make it to coordinate with my bed quilt and hang it above the headboard. Guess this, too, is on my list of things to do!

    Default quilt with strata pattern

    Someone may have said this already, but I think you could make a quilt with wider strips and/or more strips. If you increase the size of the strips, you can make it larger. It may be an odd shape, but could have borders to make it rectangular for a bed.

    I have an old, old (1990) pattern for this where the star is the center of a bed quilt, and portions of it are in the corners, etc. I haven't looked at it in a while, so can't remember exactly how the corners are, but if you are interested in making one of these into a bed quilt, I can go get the pattern and let you know more (maybe even a xerox of the picture.)
