Default Finally! Finished quilting first of 5 tops for a customer

Finally, happily, finished the first of 5 tops I have to quilt for a customer. They are very, very old. Pretty sure this one is feed sacks. Quite bright. My local quilt shop owner helped me find some binding fabric. It is not as dark as it looks, the blue matched perfectly.

Saving old quilts is quite an art ... You do good work! This quilt can be loved for many more years.

I love finishing off old quilt tops. I definitely feel that it's an honor.

It must be amazing to even see these quilts and then be able to make them even more beautiful is wonderful
