lynnie-- you have to wait! patience is a virtue, not one of mine, but it's on the list--does anyone have the list? i'm pretty sure i've already given up my virtue, unless i had more than one. Brat-- where would i have put it?

Nancia i think you accidentally put it in that donation bag that you dropped off last time. Shoot, it was a good dose of patience too. well we will wish it finds a good home. now you and I can tap our feet together! and you will hear that crazy music that comes to mind all the time that I do! yipppeee!

we have a good dose of people. I guess if you send out a few at a time it wont be horrifically hard. ugh you have a job ahead of you. and while the idea of doing what i love.. that I can do by choice of style mine is pieced. but i do want to make it more custom this time catered to my swappers wishes. I dont want to make a bright orange fruit one and find out they cant stand fruit and orange is like their least favorite color so I will wait. Its like bug prints. I dont care for bug prints ugh no. so please no buggy things. see why waiting is not so bad?

Dotty, I love that idea. I am going to try a couple of different styles /methods. Today I can play all day with my Fabric. No one to distract me. Just a little housework to do, the minimum!

Ooh! I'll take an international! I have some really pretty hot air balloon fabric from Denmark, and some pink & white stripes, and something else I can't think of right off. I would love to have a mug rug that was made in another country too! I love to see what people do differently in other countries!

Started my new job today, realized how badly I need a mug rug at work, but for my cold cup, lol. I may have to come home tonight and make myself a quick & simple one!

Dustysmom silly goose they do the same things we do just sometimes with a different accent

Ok brat I do buy this magazine called Mollie Makes. Its a UK crafters magazine knitting crocheting sewing quilting a bit of it all. some recipes too. I love to check out the rooms that are photographed for the shoot what are the color trends the fabrics and then the advertising? go to those websites to see just what can be had.. there is a wonderful little one that sells vintage as in seriously vintage fabric scraps. such pretty little pieces of the past.. and they ship over to us as well so.. want some mid 19th century french fabric? or perhaps turn of the century English toile? nothing ever of much size but its fun to pretend I want this one and that one..

I have my first partner!! She wrote and I am excited and I suck I cant recall her screen name kiwi??? oh shoot. Now I can start sewing and fairly fast if it has to swim all that way back to New Zealand before end of game here! quick as a cricket I had better get moving! She sounds marvelous.. YIPPPEEEE the game is on!

sorry guys unless you want to sew with me you will have to wait for your gem of your own
