Really cute doll clothes. It is hard to make matching kids clothes, very hard to fit.I made a bunch of AG doll clothes for a friends GGD for Christmas. Made 2 really cute dolly sleeping bags. They are fun to make. I have a grandson (6) so no doll clothes here. Expecting 2nd grandson in June. Oh well ..

I love the AG Dolls. It's fun to make them outfits. Your GD is very lucky to have two grandmothers who love her.

Rich grandma, that's funny. The doll clothes are sweet that you've made her.

Really cute! We gave 2 of our granddaughters AG dolls for their bdays last year (both in Nov and boy was that an expense!) For Christmas I got busy and made them several outfits, used Joann's coupons and bought a few outfits, went on ABC distributing and bought shoes and accessories and then found doll trunks on Joann's website. Since the trunks are identical and the girls are sisiters I got letters and put their name on their trunks. I filled the trunks up and wrapped them. The girls LOVED their gifts...especially the 7 yr old. The 5 yr old will play with it just not as long. My DH said I seemed to be having so much fun that I needed an AG doll too so he got me 1 for Christmas too!

TOO CUTE!!
My granddaughter also got a "Looks like an American Girl" doll for Christmas. I too have made several dresses for her. I made them matching Christmas dresses too. I like sewing for the 18 inch doll, not too small, and quick!

These are just darling! I used to love making clothes for my daughter's American Girl and other dolls. Glad I am not the only old-fashioned one.
