I am looking for a source to purchase the umbrella frame.

I made a fancy umbrella once. I took an old one and removed the material and recovered it with new material to match a gown. Came out just fine!

Wow! I think you could buy a couple of umbrellas and take them apart for what one frame costs.

My thoughts exactly tkee, I was thinking I saw some umbrellas at the dollar store, depending on what you need them for. They probably would not be that sturdy, but if its for decoration... or a practice piece. T

Just got done taking an umbrella class. It was fun and easy to do. Email- [email protected] or go to- www.UmbrellaJoan.com
It cost a little over $20.00 for the frame and pattern together...not bad. It was also fun saying " I sewed one because I could".
Besure to say they they are for a class to get a discount.
