Hey my "Candy" swappers.... Due to the change in postal shipping fees, the cost to return your packages is less than what was required to send in... I can refund your $.30 cents or apply it to the tape fund.. Please let me know which you would prefer. I am mailing packages Friday.

Apply mine to the tape fund. I can't believe that delivery confirmation is free now. There has to be a catch somewhere, but I am going to stop complaining before the catch comes along and bites me. Now I am excited for Friday. Cuz then I will start stalking the maillady.
