WOW, that is one gorgeous quilt. When I first started quilting, I took on some intermediate plus patterns when I was a real beginner, but there was no one to tell me I couldn't do it, so I just did it. You go girl,you're off to a fantastic start as a quilter.

Everything well said. After all my years of quilting, I can't make myself start a star quilt but is on my bucket list. Kudos to you for the challenge and it will be well received. Thanks for sharing.

OMG...I have quilting for over 30 years and I still would not attempt that block. It is turning out wonderful. I admire your courage.
