Nammie to 7: I looked on the American Doll site thinking I would order a few things for my GGD's AG dolls....well let me tell you I got busy at my machine and made her a whole wardrobe for lots less than one outfit cost on that site. Your prices sound fantastic

How about some Lap Quilts for a Nursing Home, some smaller Baby Quilts with not so much Detail, Fleece single layer Blankets for local Battered Women's Shelter, Walker and Wheelchair Bags, Catheter Bag Covers for Nursing Homes, Wallets, Change purses, Shoe Bags, Small children's Blankets for the local Children's Home/shelter. Pot Holders with Matching Trimmed Dishtowels, Trimmed Bath Towels, Preemie Incubator Covers, "Angel Buntings/clothing for the Babies who Died at Birth" These are generally made in All white or pastels. ( just Google)

I make dolls and stuffed toys using quilting cottons. Sometimes a stuffed toy looks so much more cute if you use a really bright cotton print instead of standard "stuffed toy" fabrics like faux fur, fleece, or wool felt.

I make a lot of cat toys, too, by fussy cutting cute images from fabrics. My cat nephew Lowell is so spoiled from all the toys I've made him. (I make cat toys for gifts, too).
