I usually get 2 - 3 yds. And I too LOVE connecting threads. Their mirage collection is awesome, I usually get 3-6 yds when I reorder. I love their clearance prices and pride myself on never paying more than $5 per yd on any fabric. Gotta watch those sales.

It is a quilt which has the edges of each block frayed. Before AccuQuilt came out with dies for us to cut those most that made rag quilts had to cut the edges with scissors.

I have every die Accuquilt has for the GO and Studio machines for rag quilts.

I have made some as take five, and various rectangle/square combinations as well as appliqued some of them.

I love creating rag quilts cause you quilt as you go with each block no matter what you choose to use as a stitch.
