Need Math Help for "Charming Additions"..... Please!

That's probably the way to do it, but I don't even know how to do the math.....is it as simple as dividing number of +'s by number of FQ's? If so my math is way out in left field LOL! The answer to that math came out to this number:
7.409090909.....that can't be right? Argh
