I have a Bernina Stitch Regulator and I was not good at FMQ for a long, long time. Now I am great at following any line; but I still cannot do stipples well. For me, it is going to take lots more practice.

It does take a lot of practice, don't give up. Maybe buy some panels and work on them. This way you are not doing a lot of piecing to make a quilt. Machingers, are gloves, that really help me move the quilt. Good luck don't give up.

I'm not good, just a meanderer....but I've found that using silicon spray on my tabletop insert sure helps. Just be sure to wipe it down good. It's slicker-n-a-whistle! Also I have to wear gloves, otherwise my hands and shoulders sure get tired. Viv
