That is a lovely sentiment and a very happy, cheery quilt. I too have had my apartment broken into... it definitely changes your attitude about many things.

Such a wonderful thing to do for a friend that has been through so much, I hope no one was hurt, I have a friend that had a break in, too, but they were gone to church. Tell your friend, that when she wraps up in the quilt, it is like getting a hug from you. Good luck to you, and your friends.
