I also have 2 Godzilla machines. Both of mine are badged Montgomery Wards. My Dad is refinishing the tables for me. Bought one and a church sale for $20 and the other at a thrift store for $10. Both seem to be in great condition. I do need to find a cord and foot pedal for one of them. Anyone know where I might find one?

Another 128 in the crinkle finish - this one has the blackside fittings. I think it's going on Craigslist - local pick up only because I have reservations concerning packing a 29 pound machine with a bentwood case. I only want my $35 back. It belongs with someone who will appreciate the crinkle, not taking up a shelf here.

I have a 1941 Blackside with crinkle finis . It has the all black crinkle finish for the bobbin winder. Has anyone else seen one like this? Trying to restore it so when I go it will revert back to the family.

shadow2007,

There are several folks here that have machine such as you describe. But what model is yours?
How about a picture?

I found what I thought was a White 77 like the one mimack posted above, but it turned out to be a 75. I could not find any info about the 75 model but it looked to be a little older.

The poor guy who had it listed on CL offered it to me for free, but I don't have room for it and really just wanted the 77 because that was what I learned to sew on. If anyone is interested in the 75, I can send you the link to it. It was a nice machine, had lots of accessories and the manual, in a cabinet that was not original (located in south central Michigan)

So I am still on the hunt for my "sentimental" 75!

I'm not sure which model of "newfangled" White this is, but it is in a desk and I would LOVE to find it a new home.
