haha that's funny! my 3 outside cats leave (outside, by the doors) half eaten mice as lil prizes! I really wish they didn't feel the need to share. sigh The two inside cats might just look at a mouse. not sure. hope I don't find one to test that theory. and like someone else said-yours look well fed so since they aren't starving-they can sit and wait till the critter comes to them!

How precious to even catch them in that pose .. Time for disposable mouse traps !!

I always knew our dogs were good at finding small creatures. If I watch them, they'll put their heads close to the ground, as if listening for something. We finally figured it out, they heard the moles in their tunnels underground!
Ok, that's pretty good, but then one day, one of them caught one (or maybe a mouse?) and brought it inside! Good thing it was barely alive
I just remembered, there was a mouse loose in this house, running along the baseboard. Good ol' Rosa caught it

(Basenjis are known as the dog for people who like cats)

Beautiful cats.

They just didn't have the mouse 'in position' to catch it yet!

Your house sound like mine. You get use to it after awhile. But you left out the moles and chipmunks.
