I have a cousin who says that "little mistakes" are signs of love for the person getting the quilt, and to leave them there so they can feel the love.

YUP---I found the mistake and it would drive me crazy for the entire time that I owned this quilt.
I would fix it and then move on without that nagging memory..

Oh, my! Glad you got a little distance from it, and spotted it!
That was a great idea, using the big neutral floor to make the photo. You didn't have to deal with gravity, and have it sagging, so we could really see the pattern well! Helena spotted another one, so you can fix them both now, while it is a simple job!

I have 2 quilts with blocks turned wrong and didn't discover the goof until it was 1/2 quilted on the LA machine.

    All mistakes have been corrected.
There was 1 mistake on my sons quilt and 2 on my husbands quilt.
But they have all been corrected.

Thanks for looking and helping me with my goofs.

I have taken out so many "mistakes"' and I don't see where this is such a big deal. So much time wasted. If you are going for a blue ribbon, yes, take it out. However, I would just leave it. I had to look very close to even see it. Good job. Happy quilting.

Actually, it's just a little wee block trying to escape.
