This is such a cute and very pretty quilt! We are all cat lovers too and my daughters would probably love a quilt like this. I'm sure your daughter will treasure it. Great job!

I love your kitty quilt. I guess great minds think alike...I did one also. A friend and I exchange fabrics, only we cut the pieces first then exchanged. As we neared the end, her fabrics become a little "weird". I included them in the quilt anyway. One cat is red white and blue with the heart because I started my on 9/11. My border has cat paw prints and the backing is a cat print.

Cute kitty quilt. You could call it "Kitties on the fence". Love your idea of adding name tags to those cats that will remind your daughter of all the cats who "owned" her.

I love it. I'm sure she will too. Scrappy is definitely more work, but with this one, well worth it.

Very nice. I'm not even a cat lover, but I think that's the pattern I found in a mag. Figured I'd make it for my DIL but so far haven't done that yet. Love all the colors.

I made that same quilt at least 18 years ago when I was still a beginner. I looked at the large, finished quilt and couldn't believe that I had actually made it! I recall, however, that many of the kitties had lost the tip of their ears and I hoped that someday I could make a better one. I THINK I could or would end up with pretty, pointy ears now, but I'll never know, will I? I like your quilt. You did a good job.
