Default Baby quilt made from onesies

Does anyone know of a tutorial for making a baby quilt out of onesies (like the t-shirt quilts that people are making). I don't need a twin size, just a baby blanket size. I'm thinking 4 inch squares with possibly sashing between the squares. Thanks for any help.

I don't know of a tutorial but you could do it just like a T-shirt quilt but on a smaller scale. Sounds cute, go for it!
