Default Anyone Recognize This Quilt Pattern?

My cousin has fallen in love with the attached quilt - I wonder if anyone knows what the pattern
is called and where I can find a free download?
    Thanks so much!

I have seen the quilt before, don't know the name, but there's only one block - just turn it different ways to make the design.

Love the quilt! I have to make some blocks with men's ties and I think this block design would work really well with them. Thanks for posting.

I have it in a book. I have to start cooking for our clients that are here but I will go through my books tomorrow for you. I believe it's in a Scrap Basket Quilts. Let you know for sure tomorrow.

It is a kaleidoscope in a scrap pattern. I made a kaleidoscope by centring each right angle triangle to make them spin and the other pieces are cut to size. It is an easy block the person making quilt has it looks like joined stripes together and the cut out the right angle triangle without any matching. Then added the rest to complete a block.
