Is the FW that came in the case a light green, almost white? I have one like that, as well as the black one.

This is what the case looks like for my white Feather Weight. I am surprised your black Feather Weight fits in it as my black Feather weights are bigger then my white one.

Oh that's so darling. I can see that my black one is much wider than yours. The fold down table thing is just as tall as the machine. I wonder what size the tan ones are. I've been dropping hints a plenty that when the aunt stops sewing I would love to inherit her machine.

That's because it goes to an white (celery green) depending on how u see it, featherweight !
Usually they sell black case with black FW....or none at all so I guess somebody had both At one point and it got separated. U may want to sell case by itself (will be snapped up) and buy a black case.

I saw a case like this at Jeff's Sewing and Vacumn in Martinez, GA within the last year. It too held a white featherweight. I drooled and wanted to make an offer but the repair man said the owner says its not for sale each year she brings it in for cleaning!

My case for my white machine is soft, with a fold over top--one latch.
