BertieD and skaduzy, great Halloween quilts. How I wish Aussies got into Halloween a bit more, it seems like so much fun to be had.

Lookie what I received this morning from Bilben in Canada and it is just sew spook-tacular !!! I love it and am going to hang it in my entryway for the month of October just to let everyone know what we are missing out on. Thank you so much Cathy and I love the FQ you sent too. Here are some pics, she did such fantastic work on the quilt.

Default Look what I got today!

Look what I got today! My doll quilt came from Mamaskeeto and, boy, is it cute.

I love this twister pumpkin and can't wait to use it.

She made me a mugrug and a treat bag filled with chocolate, too. It's almost gone!

Thanks, Kathy. I love it all!

Two more stunners. Love the witchee in her cape riding through the skies, the ghosts in the haunted house, and that wonderfully gnarley tree with the scary pumpkin under it. The second one "twister pumpkin" is definitely thinking outside the box. I am learning so much from you ladies, each time I look on here you get my creative juices flowing. Thank you.

I received a very nice DQ from Jaba. I had planned on participating in the next swap, but unfortunately, yesterday, i got the results of my biopsies that were done 10 days ago. I have thyroid cancer and will be having surgery. Not sure exactly when or the stage of cancer yet. So I guess, I better sit this one out. BooHoo

I received my little quilt from Brunswick girl today and it is darling! she and I swapped treats not tricks and I happen to love the civil war/Jo Morton fabrics and this reminds me of those. So I am a happy camper! She also sent me a couple of home made items...a dryer sachet and a catnip sachet. I don't have cats but I told her I know plenty who do! Thanks Brunswickgirl! She is gone for the next two weeks and so I am sure she will post my quilt to her when she returns.
