Been there, done that so similar it counts. Much sympathy and yes, a big bite of chocolate does help. LOL

How about a design change? Make it pinwheels and D9P's together?

I understand the feeling. I just made a table runner, all sewn together, trimmed and quilted. I turned it over and found that I had put the backing wrong side out. It was intended to be a gift--guess I will keep it and make another.

I did something like that a few weeks ago. Luckily, it turned out I was making more blocks than I needed and the one I messed up was not necessary, but I had not kept the pressure on my rotary cutter and went left instead of straight, cutting into the block past the seam allowance.

I did find it online thankfully.

I'm going to buy a yard of it because it was one of my favorite prints in the pack. Heck I may stash yardage of all the prints I liked in that line. Maybe next Christmas my mom will get her own table runner and can stop eyeballing my freshly pressed squares like she's going to steal them lol

I'm working on a Judy Nieymeyer pattern, Desert Storm, in blues. I have my 9 fat quarters (as directed) layered and cut on the sewing line instead of the cutting line!! Darn!!!! Another trip for more fat quarters in the future!
