No, yonnikka, please do sign up! I just joined up and was getting ready to post and say "Yes, please!" for the Halloween fabrics. I've been wanting to do a Halloween I-Spy quilt and would take any Halloween squares you wanted to swap. If you decide not to do this swap, PM me and we'll see about doing a swap on our own. Or maybe someone would want to sponsor one? Now's the perfect time, since lots of places will soon have Halloween fabric on clearance.

I'm lucky. Library.Lil and I are friends off-line and I've gotten to hold the little cutie. He's pretty adorable, I must say!!

I agree with sewbizgirl. Keeping track of what individuals want would be impossible and I'm glad that Sandra and Charlotte arean't pressuring themselves to do so. You take your chances with a swap, but that's part of the fun. There are lots of ways to use or pass on unwanted squares, and with the number of charms involved in swaps like this, you are bound to receive many that you haven't seen before and are pleasing to you.

Yonnika, I would be thrilled with Halloween prints and hope you reconsider.

Here's another block that might be fun to play with: http://www.connectingthreads.com/Pat...__D991237.HTML. Though it calls for 3 1/2" squares, so you'd need to either cut your squares or adjust the math.

I'm thinking about making my squares into snowballs... at least for one quilt. I think those are so pretty.

I agree with sewbizgirl and owlvamp-- it becomes too difficult to try to please everyone for every taste in fabric prints. It's sort of the way the last discussion got started, talking about re-swapping unwanted prints! We all are different persons, so there are bound to be some prints we like and some we don't like so much. ... Let's get over it, and enjoy swapping!!! :-) :-)
Yonnikka, if you think I have an expectation about prints, I hope you noticed in previous posts that I'm glad to participate and get whatever comes. :-) I certainly welcome you to swap, and if the only fabric you want to swap is a holiday themed one, then just do it! Don't wait, join our swap too. I hope you read the posts and see how many of us want you included!
