Thank you for adding me to the list.

Since we have so much time to make the wall hanging. Think
I will experiment with my EQ7 and see what kind of designs I
    can create that I like.

Although given the time of year we will be mailing I am also
thinking about doing something in either pastel or (semi) bright
colors to welcome in the approaching new season of spring.

Maybe I will do something in embroidery. I have over 200k designs
so surely I can find something to stitch.

Can't wait to see what everyone is making.

Oh my so many ideas for the next wallhanging. I am a little on the "control" side of the quilt room. Cat woke me up one night around 3:00 and in trying to get back to sleep, I designed the top to the wallhanging I will be sending. So of course, bright and early the next morning the sewing room began to buzz. I now have the top done, and since the fabric stores have great sales today, I got in more "trouble" than I expected to. Designed a table runner this weekend called "Lost Mittens". Can't wait to get working on it. Is there other people that have a dresser full of Christmas fabrics? And 4 more pieces to find homes for. Oh my!!!! Have a great day ladies - happy sewing.

@ everose: you are not alone! I'm going to have to put my thinking cap on. It's getting interesting around here with these great ideas.

I am thinking of doing a calico cow.. saw one in greens on pinterest and one in brights and both are different pictures but they are so cool.. the backgrounds are normal its just like these cows lol and of course there was a pig I saw two days ago in a farm animal quilt these critters are all done in brighter colors.. the pig was a good idea as it was in greens.. and well it reminded me of St. Patricks day which well has all those lovely greens, pigs were considered good luck ever check out vintage post cards and they hve.. pigs on the front? that is why. shamrocks and pigs (food in a time of famine well you would be lucky if you had that pig).. so those are my two ideas. I just don't want to send boring this time. like my chicken avatar well that is how whacky this one in colors will be. so give me to a farm lover as a partner make lots of noise if you like stuff like that so maybe you can be the lucky color recipient!

I haven't had a chance yet to look in my fabrics, and start making selections.

Working 3 days this week (normally only 2 days) by the time I get home can't
even begin to think about sewing much less think of fabrics..lol

This weekend I will be at a bird expo. So next Monday will be the earliest I
will be able to sit and look at the fabrics.

I have wanted to get back into swaps but don't have time for a lot. This sounds like a good timing thing. If I don't get to it until after the holidays I still have time. hehehe. Please sign me up Rhonda. I think you should have all my information but if you need more let me know.
