you're a loving grandma and that is an adorable critter! Shame about adults taking anger out by hurting the children. My DH's ex many yrs ago would do same thing with their daughter's stuff - beautiful first-day-of-school dress, new Barbie...all disappearing and 'lost'. We just kept showing that child every day what real love is, and three decades later it proved to be better solution than a grudge match.
