Default MSQC template is for a different block, she was trying to be frugal & creative

MSQC designed that template & paper set for the Spider Web block. But being the frugal people they are they were trying to come up with a new block for the same materials, that with a few modifications would produce something new.
So that is why she says to move the side negative space fabric 1/2" over at the bottom of the point. Trying to make it do something different with the smallest of modifications.

I thought for 6 months that they just made the template wrong... but I was wrong.
