Your table runner is cute - like the cupcakes! I made one a while back and also used some batting - it gives it a little more body I think.

It turned out AWESOME! LOVE the cupcake fabric!! Isn't it wonderful that such a simplistic pattern can look so sophisticated and elegant!! And... I am sew happy to learn it took longer than 10 minutes for you also!! Mine definitely took longer than 10 minutes too!!

I love making these too. But yours is beautiful. The quilting and batting definitely makes it look better. Love the little cup cake buttons. Great job I can see why your friend loved it!
