KalamaQuilts, I bet if you show your block, it will be fine. I have rethought mine over and over. But remember, there will be 50. So if a few are "off" it won't matter.

Here is my Alabama Block. It did not turn out like I wanted it too, but it is OK I guess. It is 8".

JeanieG it is beautiful, I love your fabric choice, perfect and you are making small blocks again. After FWS and PC 12 inch blocks seem huge

thx, all the star blocks are looking awsome. great ideas.

got my Alabama half done today. and this is the 2nd week, right? so we are suppose to be working on the 2nd one. Alaska is next. yippie. should have done the stars first, since it is a weekly project. will do that in the future, so I don't get behind. the medallion quilt , we have all month to finish.....

Jeanie, I love your block. I wish I'd have done 8" blocks instead of 12". I think finished this quilt will cover my entire living room.

Jan--have you thought about making different sized blocks and putting them together? Then it wouldn't be so big.

Jeanie, your block is as close to perfect as it can be I love it!

Jan, like Rosie you could make two quilts with the Star blocks.
