Oh my! Talk about a blast from the past. I had one of those sewing boxes in the 60's. I loved it and can't for the life of me remember what happened to it.

One of the SP packages I sent was delivered yesterday in the "Sunshine State".

I've got one just like it too, now you have me thinking about painting it. Right beside my chair in the living room and is full of different thread colors for sewing binding. Maggie was my partner this month and has received her package from me, she is also one that is having a hard time posting pics since she got a new laptop. I put her package together with some of her favorite colors, some she was looking for, and some "just because" items.

adelia -- I think it was you who sent me one of those knitted layered pincushions like Juanitabean's. I absolutely love it! It fits over the stem of a small adjustable lamp I have next to my machine so it's always right there. It's my favorite notion.

Look at the grat package I received from MsCupid804!! I really needed the potato bag. The back scratcher is such a good idea. The Sue Grafton book has already been started. The fat eighths are going to be perfect for making dresser mats to go in my newly redecorated bedroom. The Milky Ways were good, coffee going quickly, and stitch ripper being employed (new type with the rubbery head). She also included a pattern for a non-frilly apron (yay for those of us who don't need more "pouf") and some really nice placemats and table runners, just what I listed as my favorite things to make. Thanks again for your very thoughtful package!

Hi all! I haven't participated in a swap in a few months....just needed a break for the holidays. Will likely be starting up again soon. I like to peek at all the lovely gifts being exchanged. Hav4boys, love the wallet! It's so cheerful and lovely. If I'm ever your secret pal, I'd love one of those! Lot's of lovely packages this month! Have fun you all and see you in next months swap.

Really great packages, everyone. I'm tempted to teach myself to knit just so I can get one of those cute knitted pin cushions that JuanitaBean received. And I love that purple fabric box that Jaba received. I do have the pattern that that, so really have no excuse.

Hi Ladies! Hope ya'll are all well and doing great! I've been sick for almost 2 weeks now but I think I'm finally turning the bend to get better. Lori was so sweet to get me a SP when someone had to drop out and I've felt so bad haven't even been on once! SP, so sorry your pkg will go out in the morning. Need to say a big "Thank You" to my SP Belfrybat who also had me last month! I know sometimes thats hard to have the same person again, but she did great! Love the bear pillow panel, angel, fatquarters, little teabag holder, quilt pattern, kitchen towel, and all the other goodies! Thank you so much Brigit-Carol, I love it all! It was the perfect pick me up!
