Default Shazam quilt quilted & bound

managed to finish this quilt up today- just a couple hours before going out to dinner with family- to give the quilt to the birthday girl (the newest teen in the family- my youngest granddaughter) she loves it! ate her dessert wrapped in it in the restaurant. so happy this one is done & gone- time to move forward. the pictures don't really show the backing that great- it is pretty neat. and i'm showing a couple detail shots of the quilting in the border.

I can see why your GD loves her quilt - it's amazing. It is really different, and your quilting is fabulous. I could learn a lot from you.
