Even though you didn't finish the quilt on time, you did finish it and I really like how you chose to puts words in the border. Even though I'm a "Yankee from New England", it's a great quilt. Welcome to QB.

Well there is always next year to enter it. Looks good - like your quilt. I'm a native Texan and I know the words well, and from whence they come. For those of you who are not Texans, these words are from our song "The Eyes of Texas are Upon You". I know you have sung this song many times as do all UT grads.
