My favourite colour too.....fantastic job, was reading through the posts and thought I wonder how they'd look with the corners on the outside instead of the inside, and then found your post.....love how it looks, kind of like an exotic flower??

Maybe even use the buttonholes to attach handles to the boxes - as in Easter Basket mode!!

cute idea with seasonal fabric.

What a good idea & I am so pleased that you are enjoying making your fabric baskets!! We could make these off & on all year long. Boy, what a stock pile we would have!! I hope everyone is looking forward to our next project in February. I think you are going to like it, at least I hope so. Stayed tuned for February first, as you keep making your baskets!!

Finally! Here are my little boxes. The first one I made had no quilting and is a bit floppy. The 2nd. had quilting but not good quilting. I got better with practice. I will be making some of these for Easter this year.

Thanks for the project. Some lovely ones done and some neat variations on the original.

This is my fabric box which I've had done for a couple of weeks, but just got around to putting the buttons on. This was a fun project and I look forward to next month's. I've enjoyed looking at everyone's project this month.

Finished my little box tonight, used the French Seams again. Started with the 13" square & measured up the 2½" to make the perfect size for a spare toilet paper roll.
