What a great thing you did for this woman and her grandchildren! And the quilts are wonderful! I love attic windows and have made two, so far. These are terrific! Lucky kids. And lucky friend to have a friend like you.

So glad to see these! I have some fabric with horses on it. I want to make a quilt for a friend's daughter. I was considering the "Attic Window" and now I've made up my mind for sure. Your quilts are lovely! Thanks for sharing!

How touching to be a part of something like this! What a special feeling you must have when you set those memorial squares and then again when you gave her the quilts. You have done good.

Wow! What lucky grandchildren! I'm sure these will always be a comfort to them and very dear to their hearts!

They are awesome quilts. I like the idea of them being similar, but not identical. Everyone will have their own special quilt, but no one will have to be jealous because one is nicer than another one. (That's important with children, it seems. LOL. Ask me how I know.)
