I have enrolled in several Craftsy classes and have enjoyed them. I usually purchase them on some sort of promotion or discount but I love it that you have them at your disposal 24/7 and can replay them as many times as you need.

I have most of the Craftsy quilting classes and have enjoyed them all. There are a couple of LQS that give lessons but usually not anything I'm interested in and one shop has classes but doesn't send out notices so I miss those.

I also had to use Google Chrome with XP and it helps to undo the HD option.

Try Google TV instead of Roku. It's $35. There are many options but you have to have fast wireless and a capable tv or you will just get frustrated.

I used to use XP but had no problem with Craftsy classes. They run much better on Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox rather than Internet Exlorer. If you have problems, contact them - their customer support is awesome!

Depending on what type of class, you may be able to check out You Tube videos.

I never knew that -- I am also running Windows XP. What do they require?

Craftsy classes are great, and youtube is very instructional. With youtube you should watch several people's videos to find a method that works for you. Worked for me.

Craftsy is really good. I've taken more than 20 classes, and the best thing about it is that if you're not satisfied, you can get a refund. You can't go wrong, in my opinion.

Do you mean google chromecast? I've heard of good and bad experiences with it so I didn't want to buy it only to find it doesn't work for me. They've changed it recently so people who have had good experiences may have older versions. I already have a roku. I've had it for a while and I wish I could use what I have instead of buying something else.
