Bee - please don't hold your breath waiting on me to finish a quilt. You'll definitely turn blue first (and maybe pass out) before I get it put together. I am still trying to finish getting my blocks from Boom 10 together. Ha. I will put pics on the board for sure when I eventually get it finished.

Quick question. When you have a larger patern do you all prefer to see more of your fabric so you see the design or do you prefer a block that has more piecing and you don't get to see but bits if your fabric terriamn

"And I have come to the conclusion that I prefer this type of Boom. "

Old_Rosebud- Beautiful blocks! And I'm agreeing with you, I prefer this way too. I feel like ALL my blocks will be coming home now. And that's not to mention how much cheaper postage is this way. I can wait a bit, 'specially when I know they'll ALL be coming home. Anticipation just makes them all the more appreciated when they do get here.

Not to worry! Holding my breath for extended periods is something I did well when I was younger! It will be a beauty...whenever its finished!

This block is for UrGodsChild2.....I've decided its better to snap a photo during the daytime to get a more realistic look at colors in the block. I wanted to capture the little sheep jumping the fence! so I went with a more simple block. Fun doing this one. This fabric will make an adorable quilt. Finishing up block for Argentium tomorrow....

Just went back through some of the posts and realized I missed your question. I have learned a lot from this program. I would probably use a more "tightly" designed fabric next time so either way would work just fine. Seems the more open the design of the fabric (like the one I sent), the more challenging it is to work into smaller blocks,

Thanks for answering Bee. I bought a beautiful floral fabric but I think it might be hard to use in a boom because of the large design. Terriamn
